This piece speaks volumes to me regarding the deep emotion behind our dear statue of liberty. I feel questions rise up in me: Is she really a source of freedom? What is the cost of freedom? Who is free? Are we truly free? I feel any piece that gets viewers “feeling” is a success and this one does it.
